About Course
The purpose of this workshop is understand the ‘Why’ of agile. Why would be decide to take this approach? Here we will create a common baseline understanding of the power and effectiveness of agile ways of working and its vast potential within your organisation. This is one in a series of workshops that will guide and inform you on your journey to agile maturity.
What Will You Learn
This is an interactive workshop where I provide the concepts and you apply those to your own personal experiences. Team members are mixed with other team by choosing attendees at random (well alphabetically 😊) . This ensures a broad range of experiences and opinions. We want to challenge our beliefs and open our minds to all the possibilities to excite and delight our users, while making money along the way.
